The holiday region Seiser Alm

Relaxing variety and a high recreational value determine the summer experience

“On the doorstep” our guests can expect colorful activities: a farm hike in Völs am Schlern, an extended hike on the Seiser Alm, the largest high alpine pasture in Europe in the heart of the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Dolomites, a tour by e-bike, a climbing tour in the Schlern massif or simply enjoy the peace and sun. Or a jump into the lake Völser Weiher, it is one of the cleanest bathing lakes in Italy, followed by sunbathing on the wooden walk.

The varied 18-hole golf course “San Vigilio” with breathtaking panorama offers the highest golfing pleasure for every league. The golf course can be reached in just 10 minutes driving time.

The Seiser Alm, the largest alpine pasture in Europe in the heart of the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Dolomites, is a paradise for winter sports enthusiasts of all ages and also inspires all those who love it comfortably and close to nature. 62 km of perfectly groomed slopes, 80 km of cross-country ski trails, an attractive Seiser Alm snowpark, numerous toboggan runs, extensive snowshoe hikes and cozy huts await our guests. The Sella Ronda is also one of the most popular day tours.

Excursions in the immediate vicinity of Bolzano and Merano

The old trading city of Bolzano with numerous sights (Ötzi Museum) is only 17 km away and offers a colorful offer. The Bolzano arbors are known far beyond the borders of South Tyrol and offer a very special shopping experience, rounded off by numerous small inns with specialties from South Tyrol.

The historic spa town of Merano, known for its mild climate, can be reached in about 50 minutes. Especially in spring and autumn, the spa town invites you to admire the numerous parks and green areas. Combined with numerous sights and the diverse cultural offer, Merano is always worth a visit.

Both excursion destinations and many others can be reached free of charge by public transport, the “Mobilcard” we provide you free of charge for the entire duration of your stay.
